Day twelve - favourite non-animal sidekick: Lumiére
I really like him, with his french accent and all the singing. I had Kronk in my mind but I think Lumiére wins because of the “Be Our Guest” presentation. Love that song A LOT!

30 Day Disney Challenge - Day 11
Day eleven - favourite animal sidekick: Dori/Dory
Is there even any doubt? I really love Mushu and Abu too but Dori is the best by far. She’s funny, optimistic (↑) and very unique. I don’t think there’s anything else to say, everyone knows how great she is.

Day ten: favourite hair: Rapunzel
Just the name “rapunzel” already means great hair. In the movie it is beautiful all the time, when it’s loose, in a braid or short and dark. The animators made an amazing job making this hair look shiny, soft and real.

30 Day Disney Challenge - Day 9
Day nine: favourite couple: Pocahontas and John Smith
I really love this couple. Besides the fact that the story is based on real life there are many other things that make me like them. It’s such an unlikely couple and you can see that their love is real. It shows how the clash between two different cultures can be beautiful. The end is very touching and makes me cry.
30 day Disney Challenge - Day 8
day eight - saddest moment: Ellie’s death
Is there really anything to say. Tears come to my eyes just by thinking of it. It’s not just the death itself, but their whole love story and the moment that she dies. I didn’t put the gif but the scenes of Carl’s life without her are incredibly sad too. The entire movie has sad scenes.
